TV spam filter

An idea is that let me have TV-device inside my multimedia-box (like Linux-box).
And I want "to surf" over TV-channels.
Ideal behaviour will if my box will skips uninteresting channels.
When it finds something that is not interesting from my point of view - I say "SPAM!"
And this "thing" is marked as "spam" (like in kmail/thunderbird/etc).

And at the next next time if I want to watch TV, I say "Read mail... sorry - TV!" - and the box shows me only interesting.
Or says "Sorry - nothing interesting, chief :-(".
